These Terms of Service form a binding contract between you and the operators of CloudWhale. Accessing or playing the game constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of every clause.
2. What the Game Is
CloudWhale is a free, endless browser arcade game in which the player guides a sky whale between procedurally generated floating sky island formations using mouse or touch input. Its defining characteristics are:
- Entirely free to play — no premium purchases, subscription fees, loot boxes, or wagering.
- No account creation or sign-in required.
- No violent content. The whale simply glides to a halt when it contacts a sky island.
- Suitable for all ages.
3. Permitted Use
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play CloudWhale for private, non-commercial enjoyment. No part of the game may be copied, redistributed, resold, or reverse-engineered without the operators' prior written consent.
